At Shameless Bidets and Accessories, we prioritize customer satisfaction, but as we specialize in perishable goods and handcrafted items, we follow strict guidelines regarding returns and refunds. Please review our policy below for detailed information on returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Return Policy

We take an "All Sales Are Final" approach due to the nature of the perishable goods we sell, including our handcrafted products. However, we understand that sometimes exceptions may apply and will review all requests on a case-by-case basis.

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Please note that submitting a return request does not guarantee approval, as each request is evaluated individually.

Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with all original tags intact, and in the original packaging (excluding the original shipping box). You will also need to provide proof of purchase or receipt.

Return Process
To begin the return process, please contact us at admin@shamelessbidets.com. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds
Refunds will not be authorized until the returned item(s) have been received and inspected. The condition of the item(s), including any signs of damage or usage, will be evaluated.

  • Refunds for items requested after 30 days from receipt will generally be denied, except in exceptional circumstances or at our discretion.
  • Items eligible for a refund must be unused, unopened, and undamaged, with the item returned in its original packaging (excluding the original mailing box).
  • Subscription refunds may be requested up to 12:00 AM on the day the item ships, and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • For orders that do not include free shipping, the customer is responsible for creating and paying for their own return shipping label.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at admin@shamelessbidets.com so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly. We will review the circumstances and take appropriate action, including offering a replacement or refund as necessary.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are exempt from our return policy, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants)
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products, hygiene items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, the most efficient process is to return the item you have, and upon approval, place a new order for the item you wish to exchange for. This ensures you receive the item in a timely manner.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
