Terms of Service for Shameless Bidets and Accessories Gift Cards

Effective Date: January 2, 2025

By purchasing, redeeming, or using a Shameless Bidets and Accessories Gift Card, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This agreement is a binding contract between you (the purchaser or user) and Shameless Bidets and Accessories (referred to as "the Company," "we," "us," or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

• Purchase or use of this gift card constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions in their entirety.

• This agreement outlines the rights and obligations of both parties regarding the purchase, redemption, and associated disputes of the gift card.

2. Gift Card Purchases

• All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable.

• The gift card may only be redeemed for products or services provided by Shameless Bidets and Accessories.

• Gift cards cannot be used for cash withdrawals or redeemed for cash unless required by applicable law.

• Any resale or transfer of the gift card without authorization from the Company is prohibited.

3. No Refunds, Returns, or Chargebacks

• Once a gift card is purchased, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided, regardless of the circumstances.

• Attempting to dispute or reverse a valid gift card transaction through your financial institution without prior authorization from the Company is a violation of this agreement.

4. Theft of Services

• Any unauthorized chargeback, reversal, or dispute filed with your financial institution will be treated as theft of services.

• In such cases, the value of the disputed transaction, along with any associated fees or costs, will be considered an outstanding debt owed to Shameless Bidets and Accessories.

5. Debt Collection and Recovery

• If unauthorized chargebacks or disputes occur, the outstanding debt may be referred to a licensed third-party collection agency for recovery.

• You agree that by purchasing or using this gift card, you are responsible for all reasonable costs associated with debt collection, including but not limited to attorney fees, court costs, and collection agency fees.

6. Card Expiration and Maintenance

• Gift cards do not expire unless explicitly stated on the card or required by law.

• The Company reserves the right to charge maintenance fees for inactive or unredeemed gift cards as permitted by applicable law.

7. Fraud and Misuse

• Any suspected fraud, tampering, or unauthorized use of the gift card will result in the cancellation of the card without notice.

• The Company reserves the right to pursue legal action against individuals or entities engaged in fraudulent or unauthorized activities involving gift cards.

8. Modifications to Terms

• Shameless Bidets and Accessories reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

• Continued use of the gift card following any changes to this agreement constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Legal Compliance

• This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

• Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Cheyenne, WY.
